Topanga Asia Limited (“Topanga”), as a leader in plasma lighting development, has entered into an agreement with Wing Fung (Int’l) Industrial Company Limited (“WF”) for subscription of certain Topanga’s newly issued shares. WF has become Ka Shui Group’s strategic partner to further develop the plasma lighting business.

WF and its founders have years of experience in energy-saving device and electronic business, including earlier involvement of accessories of plasma lighting. It has built up its expertise in sourcing network across China, assembly operation and distribution channels in various countries.

Ka Shui Group believes that the introduction of WF in Topanga will not only provide additional expertise and resources to Topanga for on-going development and competitiveness of Advanced Plasma Lighting (“APL”) technology, but also will exploit the potential of lucrative energy saving lighting market. The new arrangement will expedite plasma lighting development and application, gain wider recognition and take the business to the next level.
