Time flies and the year of 2015 will end very soon. Looking forward, Ka Shui Group 2016 Business Planning Meeting was convened in the morning of 11 December 2015 at 2/F, Block 8, Ka Shui Technology Park, Daya Bay, Huizhou. A total of 105 middle and senior management staff attended this meeting.

With the theme of “Transform, Upgrade and Striving Onwards”, Mr. Lee Yuen Fat, Chairman of the Group, confirmed that the Company aims at transforming from manufacturing enterprise to servicing enterprise and provided the direction and target for development of next 5 years for the Group. He also clearly defined the meaning of “available person for position” and “person for important position”, which leads to deliberation.

Dr. Peter Wong, CEO, also reviewed the business and development of the Group for 2015 and pointed out the overall planning for the target, work focus and strategic planning for 2016. Afterwards, head of each centre and business unit announced respective work target and core strategy for 2016.

During the meeting, each centre discussed how to achieve the target of business plan of the Group and each centre by applying “Man, Machine, Material and Method” strategy and discussion results were reported on 12 December. Each centre also identified how to strengthen job function and job effectiveness.

Lastly, with confirmation and expectation of Mr. Lee and Dr. Wong, the meeting ended in the afternoon of 12 December 2015. This is not the end, but the beginning. With the leadership of management staff from all levels, it is expected that Ka Shui Group will lead all staff to make persistent effort and have greater success in 2016!
