On 2th November, Ka Shui Group’s 35th Anniversary Celebration & The Opening Ceremony of South China Magnesium Alloy High-Tech Industrial Base & South Rare Earth Magnesium Alloy Industrial Application Base had been held at Ka Shui (Huizhou) Technology Park. Mr. Lee Yuen Fat, Chairman of Ka Shui Group, Mr. Wen Ping, Deputy President of China Die-casting Association, Dr. Keung Wing Ching, Life Honorable Chairman of Hong Kong Foundry Association, Mr. Ma Rong Zhang, Secretary General of Rare Earth industry Association, Mr. Dong Han, Chairman of Rare Earth industry Association Alloy Branch, Mr. Xu Jin Xiang, Chairman of China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association Magnesium Branch, Mr. Sun Qian, Secretary General of China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association Magnesium Branch and hundreds of representatives from domestic and international leading enterprises from the Die-casting industry had attended the ceremony. Mr. Lee Yuen Fat, Chairman of Ka Shui Group, invited Mr. Wen Ping, Mr. Ma Rong Zhang, Mr. Dong Han, Mr. Tan Ding Xiang, Professor of Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Dr. Peter Wong, CEO of Ka Shui Group to unveil the plaques for Ka Shui Group .

Mr. Lee Yuen Fat, Chairman of Ka Shui Group delivered a speech at ceremony, saying that “Being awarded the two titles for the bases of South China Magnesium Alloy High-Tech Industrial Base & South Rare Earth Magnesium Alloy Industrial Application Base represents another recognition from the entire Die-casting industry for Ka Shui’s capability in Magnesium alloy field die-casting technologies, the R & D of materials and surface treatment technologies, which also embodies the core competence of Ka Shui”. Through continuous hard working effort in the past 35 years, the group had devoted its effort to transfer from a manufacturing enterprise to a service-oriented enterprise, with the platform based on Ka Shui to provide professional all-round service to our customers, by taking practical actions to bring the company’s operating principle to another new level. The two bases located at Ka Shui will establish a new platform for the group to speed up the research and development of high performance Magnesium and Rare Earth Magnesium Alloy materials and to promote its capability in the field of R & D, processing and application of Rare Earth Magnesium Alloy, which will bring about a major promotive effect to further boost the application of Rare Earth Magnesium Alloy for high-end 3C products and Automobile. It can not only raise the overall competence of the group, but also enables Ka Shui to develop into a leading enterprise with self-owned intellectual property rights and international competence.

During the event, a seminar with the theme of “Business Opportunities created by Innovative Technologies & Light weight products” had been held in the afternoon, specially inviting Dr. Keung Wing Ching to be the host of this seminar. Except for ceremonial guests, Ms. Fan Yi, Deputy Secretary General of China Die-casting Association, Mr Yin Yi Qiang, Office Director Dayawan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Mr. Liu Yi Hua, Deputy Director of Guangdong Province Mechanical Engineering Association, Mr. Sze Gum Shing, Life Honorary President of Hong Kong Metals Manufacturers Association, Mr. Zhang Feng Kui, Deputy head of Rare Earth industry Association Expert group, Mr. Xu Jin Xiang, Chairman of China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry Association Magnesium Branch, Mr. Meng Jian , Professor of Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences were also present at the seminar, and delivered wonderful speeches in regards to the opportunities and challenges as well as developing trends of the current Die-casting industry, sharing their professional and valuable experiences with all the guests to discuss how enterprises ought to enhance their competence with innovative technologies, products, and management models to better gain new opportunities for its development under new economic normality.

 

That night, Chairman Lee Yuen Fat and Ka Shui’s management team, together with all the invited customer representatives, friends and employees had attended Ka Shui Group’s 35th Anniversary dinner and toasted for the establishment of Ka Shui Group for 35 years. During the dinner, all of us had a look back upon Ka Shui’s development journey, being thankful for the past extraordinary 35 years which relied on the support of every customer, friend and Ka Shui member which has grown together with our company. Ka Shui’s spirit had been perfectly demonstrated in this successfully held event. In the future, Ka Shui will continue to pursue and strive for excellence and innovation with the aim to create more values for our customers which leads towards a more glorious future.
