On Jan 20th, Ka Shui Group signed the Cooperation Framework Agreement with Qiqihar Northern Development Group. Through the establishment of market-oriented product and technology development, both parties aim at developing advanced high- performance technologies and equipment applicable to magnesium, aluminum and related light metal materials in order to tap the lucrative and dynamic market together. Mr. Lee Yuen Fat, Chairman of Ka Shui Group and Mr. Qu Cheng Yuan, President of Northern Development Group signed the said agreement which was witnessed by Mr. Sun Zhe, Mayor of Qiqihar City, Deputy Secretary of the Qiqihar City Government, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Commerce, General Manager of Northern Special Alloy Technologies Company, Chairman of leading business associations  and management team of Ka Shui Group.

Aiming at energy saving and cost reduction in production for the automotive industry, this cooperation mainly focus on the development of components in new energy-saving and other transportation vehicles, casting parts, other forming parts and the application of light metal structural materials as well as composite materials. Through establishing an innovative platform for R&D and manufacturing base for magnesium,aluminum and composite materials under the cooperation framework, it allows both parties to develop critical techniques applied to magnesium,  aluminum and composite materials industry chain. This will also provide enterprises and institutions with a research platform for common testing, integrated professional services, open resources sharing and maximizing the efficiency of public resources in the alliance, thus achieving in-depth cooperation and mutual benefits to provide professional technique and employee training for Ka Shui. The success of this “alliance” will enhance Ka Shui to continue to keep abreast of the times and attain sustainable growth for individual, enterprise and society towards the Group’s vision to develop into a leading green and high-tech enterprise.
