The Ka Shui R&D Centre of Leading Innovative Core Technology in Die Casting Industry

With the gradual deepening of national "12th Five-Year Plan", casting enterprises need to improve the core competitiveness through continuous transition and upgrading and the development of high-tech so that they can develop modern industrial system and stand in the front-line of the industry. In order to comply with the micro-control of relevant national policies and follow the trend of the times, Ka Shui has founded the R&D center since 2004, which is mainly engaged in the R&D of advanced technology, equipment and products. Up to now it has made a number of technical achievements and has been the beacon to the development of casting industry.

Ka Shui R&D Center has continuously invested huge money since the beginning of its establishment. It has successively worked closely with the scientific research institutes and various key universities in the state and abroad as well as participated in the "11th Five-Year Plan" and the setup of several national standards (such as GB/T13821-2009). Until today we have been accredited v9 patents, 4 patents which are in the application and the certificate of "national high-tech enterprise" awarded by government departments union. The double control forming technology developed by our R&D center is used to improve the performance of automobile products. Meanwhile, it has also developed and perfected the die-casting of "Ultra-thin" Mg alloy, making the products to be thin to the extent of 0.45mm, and successfully apply to laptop cover. The environmental synthesis project on Micro-Arc composite ceramic green synthesis technology (MCC) that has overcome recently by our R&D Centre, has achieved the fully automated production on magnesium, aluminum alloy surface through "MCC" coloring, which has enhanced the surface hardness, the abrasion resistance as well as the corrosion resistance for the product, filling the blank of the industry's unmet magnesium, aluminum alloy surface treatment needs.

We convinced that, as the forerunner in the field of industrial research and development, we will become an indispensable part for the development of casting field and will also lead the cutting-edge core technology of casting industry.
