The "2011 Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan Foundry Cooperation Forum" co-organized by Hong Kong Diecastin and Foundry Association, China Foundry Association and Taiwan Casting Industry Association was successfully held in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre from 25th to 27th May, 2011.Themed on "Development and Cooperation strategy of Foundry industry in Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan under the New World Economic Structure", this forum aimed to strengthen the communication and cooperation among Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, develop the foundry industry and promote cooperation among the three regions and members. It clustered a large number of related government leaders, economic professors, experts from Auto Industry Association and senior managers. They discussed many hot issues such as Low-carbon Environment Protection, Energy Saving and ejection decreasing of foundry industry and exchanged their opinions on technology, which further advanced their recognition on foundry industry and placed a hard foundation for deepening cooperation, advantage supplementation and win-win achievement.

Engineers from Ka Shui R&D Department invited to participate this forum and made an address on "Quality Control and Application of Green Recycling Process of Magnesium Alloy Die Casting Waste". It introduced the latest improvement in Mg-alloy recycling of Ka Shui and elaborated the Green and Solution-Free Recycle technology for Mg-alloy and its related control, as well as the economic and environmental benefits bought by its industrial application, which received widely recognition.
