As a highlight of the gala, the "2000-Person Poon Choi Feast" was not just a reunion dinner, but also a vivid practice of environmental protection. The feast strictly adhered to "Green Catering" standards: disposable plastic tableware was completely replaced with eco-friendly biodegradable materials, and strict food waste separation, recycling, and resource utilization were also implemented, striving to minimize the event's environmental impact.
