Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing aircraft (eVTOL), Urban Air Mobility (UAM), or Flying Cars have emerged as another market focus following new energy vehicles, which have also spun off a vast low-altitude economic industry chain. Ka Shui International Holdings Limited (stock code: 822) ("Ka Shui International") mainly produces magnesium alloy automotive parts, using lightweight technology as a selling point. Compared with new energy vehicles, flying cars have a more pressing demand on lightweight. Given that Ka Shui International has been producing magnesium alloy automotive components for multiple renowned new energy vehicle brands for years, it has been invited by various flying car brands to participate in magnesium alloy key components project of flying cars in recent years, aiming to minimize the total weight of the fuselage.

Recently, Mr. Lee Yuen Fat, the Chairman of Ka Shui International, together with the Company's magnesium alloy technical team, visited several leading flying car enterprises. Both parties  engaged in in-depth exchanges on the joint research and development together with production of key magnesium alloy components required for flying cars, jointly exploring further application of magnesium alloy materials and die-casting technology in lightweight flying cars.
