On 6th and 7th Aug, 2011, Ka Shui leadership centered on Chairman Yuenfat Lee and CEO WC Keung had a 2-day meeting of "Future Development Strategy of Ka Shui Group" themed on "Change"

With the aim of opening the mind and advancing with the time, Liang Bairen, the former director of Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong was invited to give speech. With his speech titled on "Understanding the crisis and challenges brought by market changes", he elaborated the importance and necessity of "Change" lively and profoundly to attendees.

Ka Shui Leadership was inspired and aware of the huge responsibility on them. They had comprehensive and deep reflection and expectation to Ka Shui's future development in the following meeting.

At the end of the meeting, they came to a consensus that under the orientation of innovation, upgrade and transformation are imperative.
