In order to actively respond to the country’s development strategics of the “One Belt, One Road”, “Intelligent Manufacturing” to realise the new development concept, Ka Shui Group and Yulin Energy Group promote the implementation of the strategy of Yulin magnesium and aluminum industry together. On April 1, Ka Shui Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Yulin Energy Group. Witnessed by Ms. Yu Wai Shan, General Manager of Human Resources of Ka Shui Group, Mr. Zhu Junhua, General Manager of the R&D Center, Mr. Li Jianbiao, Senior Manager of Marketing and Sales Center, Mr. Duan Zhibo, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of Yulin Energy Group, Mr. Ji Shihu, Deputy Secretary of the Party committee, Mr. Liu Gang, Assistant to General Manager and Head of Human Resources Department, and relevant personnel of strategic planning department, etc., Mr. Norman Chan, Director of the R&D Center of Ka Shui Group and Mr. Ma Shunkuan, the Member of the Party Committee of Yulin Energy Group and Vice Chairman of the Committee, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, both parties will invest in the development of high-end magnesium based materials and deep processing projects in Yulin High-tech Zone, and prepare to establish a National (Provincial) Magnesium Materials Engineering Center in Yulin, and invest in precision die casting and new metal building formwork projects, and jointly develop the downstream market of magnesium products and cooperate with end customers worldwide.

Ka Shui Group will play the leading role with its experiences in R&D of new material, light alloy deep processing application and green production etc. Through “Industry 4.0” and intelligent manufacturing solutions, Ka Shui will promote the in-depth development of magnesium industry with Yulin Energy Group jointly. Yulin Energy Group was founded in 2012, and now has five industrial sectors, including coal, electrical power, chemical industry, logistics trading and new energy.

Information exchange conference between Ka Shui Group and Yulin Energy Group

Before signing of contract, both parties arranged a conference to discuss and exchange some ideas on several aspects on the next steps in R&D and production of new magnesium alloy materials, the lightweight of commercial vehicles, building formworks and the other magnesium alloy application scenarios, cooperation method and industrial talents reserve.
