Ka Shui Has Successfully Passed Joint Factory Audit by BMW and AUO

On 7th May, 2025, the project teams of worldwide automotive industry leader BMW Automotive (“BMW”) and global leading display technology manufacturer AU Optronics (“AUO”) conducted a rigorous factory audit in Ka Shui. Following a comprehensive and meticulous assessment by BMW and AUO, Ka Shui has successfully passed the audit with its outstanding manufacturing capabilities, rigorous quality management system, and efficient service standards. This achievement indicates that Ka Shui's products and services have once again been recognized by international top-tier clients, laying a robust foundation for future in-depth collaboration with BMW and AUO in the field of smart cockpit display systems for new energy vehicles. Ka Shui Group was awarded The HKIE 50th Anniversary Legacy Award – Merit in Industrial Category

The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (“HKIE”) celebrated its 50th anniversary milestone in 2025. On 3rd April, 2025, HKIE hosted a Grand 50th Annual Dinner to celebrate this historic achievement. It was honored to invite Mr. John K C Lee , GBM, SBS, PDSM, PMSM, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; Mr. Wu Xiuzhang, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China; Mr. Ye Shuiqiu, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Educational, Scientific and Technological Affairs of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR; Mr. Bao Haibin, Counsellor of The Commissioner’s Office of China’s Foreign Ministry in the HKSAR; along with many senior officials of the HKSAR to the dinner. Over 1,800 distinguished guests, including local and international leaders, representatives from professional organizations and industry elites, gathered to witness this significant moment. Meanwhile, Ka Shui Group’s Magnesium Alloys applications was awarded with merit‌ in the ‌Industrial Category‌ of the "Legacy Award" during the HKIE’s 50th anniversary celebrations, further underscoring its exceptional accomplishment in the engineering sector. Mr. Ji Yuefei, the Deputy Mayor of Yulin City and Party Secretary of Jiaxian County and His Team Visited Ka Shui for Guidance

On 10th April, 2025, Mr. Ji Yuefei, being the Deputy Mayor of Yulin City and Party Secretary of Jiaxian County, and his team visited Ka Shui Group to understand the recent development in Ka Shui Group's magnesium alloy business. Accompanied by Mr. Wong Wing Chuen, the Vice Chairman of Ka Shui Group, Mr. Ji Yuefei and his team visited our New Energy Vehicle Auto-parts Showroom, Large-scale Die Casting Shop floor and Magnesium Alloy Die Casting Shop floor etc. Mr. Ji Yuefei affirmed our leading position and innovative R&D achievements in the magnesium alloy industry. Afterwards, they had a discussion with Ka Shui’s management team to understand the issues and difficulties we are facing in Yulin projects and provided some valuable suggestions and solutions. We highly appreciate Mr. Ji Yuefei’s visit. We believe that with the support of Yulin Government leaders, Ka Shui Group’s layout of the magnesium alloy industry chain in Yulin will enter high-speed development. We will have a closer cooperation with the largest magnesium production base in China, which can further provide higher quality lightweight magnesium alloy products to our customers.
