Ka Shui Group and Bole Intelligent Equipment Established Strategic Partnership to Advance the Research and Development of Magnesium Alloy Semi-Solid Injection Molding Technology

On July 16, 2025, Ka Shui Group and Bole Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. officially entered into a strategic partnership agreement at the 19th Shanghai International Die Casting and Nonferrous Alloy Casting Exhibition. Both parties will engage in  in-depth collaboration the research, development, and application of magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding technology, jointly promoting its innovation and industrial implementation in the field of lightweight manufacturing.  As a global leader in magnesium alloy die casting and lightweight solutions, Ka Shui Group possesses extensive expertise in material development and industrialization across key sectors including intelligent cockpits and electric drive systems for new energy vehicles, 3C consumer electronics, and high-end tools. Through this partnership, both parties will leverage their respective strengths to address technical challenges in semi-solid forming, promote the standardization of processes and facilitate the large-scale adoption of this advanced technology.

The delegation led by Miss So Tsz Yin, the Deputy Director of Guangdong ETO of the Government of HKSAR and Huizhou Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment Visited Ka Shui Group

On 24th June, 2025, Miss So Tsz Yin, the Deputy Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR)(“GDETO”), along with a team from the Huizhou Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (“HAEFI”), visited Ka Shui Group to enhance their understanding of the development of Hong Kong enterprises. As one of the representatives of Hong Kong enterprises, Ka Shui Group was honored to receive leaders and distinguished guests from the HKSAR Government and the Association.  Mr. Lee Yuen Fat, the Chairman of Ka Shui Group, accompanied by senior management, attended the reception meeting, and took Miss So Tsz Yin, the Deputy Director of GDETO, and her delegation on a tour of Ka Shui Group’s facilities, including the GPT’s low-floor LPG extended-range minibuses, New Energy Vehicle Auto-parts Showroom, 3D Innovation Workshop, Data Center, and Industrial Culture Center, where they gained detailed insights on the core business operations and innovative technologies of Ka Shui Group. Ka Shui Group highly appreciates the concern and support from GDETO and HAEFI. Following a comprehensive and meticulous assessment by BMW and AUO, Ka Shui has successfully passed the audit with its outstanding manufacturing capabilities, rigorous quality management system, and efficient service standards.
