High Thermal Conductivity Rare-earth Magnesium Alloy

Owing to the higher standard required on thermal conductivity of materials for making the components of vehicle electronics, 3C products, LED display products and 5G communication products etc., the High Thermal Conductivity Rare-earth Magnesium Alloy (KSHTCM-1) developed by Ka Shui has good conductivity, mechanical property and strong corrosion resistance that can fulfill the parts with higher standard required on thermal conductivity. Feature: The thermal conductivity of KSHTCM-1 is about twice of AZ91D. The elongation of KSHTCM-1 is about threefold that of AZ91D. The electronic conductivity of KSHTCM-1 is about twice that of AZ91D.

Comparing the laptop using AZ91D and that using KSHTCM in testing the CPU location, the temperature of KSHTCM has dropped by 4℃ which effectively improves the stability and life of CPU.
