Since this March when Ka Shui Group carried out the activities themed on core employees' career plan and under the slogan of "I am the master of my future", Ka Shui employees had comprehensive plans to their career. In order to smooth their plans, Ka Shui Group actively practice the Intellectual Capital Management (ICM) to fully explore internal intellectual resource and scientifically promote and carry forward the IC potential under the concept of "People Oriented". At the same time, Ka Shui keep exploring the mutual impact between best investment combination of manpower, structure and relation capital and the implementation of optimized corporate strategy so as to take the ICM into full play and promote the operation efficiency and the corporate competitiveness as well. This October, Ka Shui School of Corporate Management established the "Ka Shui English Training Class" and invited professor Sun from Beijing Foreign Studies University as its special instructor. The class commenced from 11th Oct, and we expect to improve the trainees' English in all around level with the half-year long training.
