Form September 19th-21st, 2012, the Guangzhou international foundry, die-casting & forge industry exhibition was successfully held. Most of the exhibitors were domestic enterprises including some of the most challenging enterprises from southern China. The exhibition attracted many potential customers, domestic and foreign.
In the exhibition, Ka Shui group exhibited lots of innovative technology achievements, which attracted the attentions. One example is the Ultra-thin Rare Earth Magnesium alloy product, developed by Ka Shui group, which has a thickness of 0.45mm and weight only 52g and has been successfully applied to the 12-inch laptop casing. These products reduce the usage of magnesium alloy and thus the products' weight thereby satisfying the fashion trend.
In addition, laptop casings made of Aluminum alloys are light-weight, thin, high intensity, highly weather-resistance, faster cooling, have good shielding performance, resistance to friction and corrosion etc., and our newly developed materials are anodizing, which can enhance the look of the metallic surface. Compared with traditional magnesium alloys, the intensity of aluminum-alloy material is higher, cooling is faster, and surface treatment can be diversified, it is also more environmental friendly.
Another advantage is the aluminum and magnesium alloys micro-arc composite ceramic (MCC) technology developed by Ka Shui displayed at this current exhibition. Micro-arc oxidation meets the requirement of coating compounds under different circumstances and become a short flow and non-pollution environmental surface treatment. Its superior defensive effect meets surface performances requirements in different environmental conditions.
Ka Shui group will base itself on the OEM model in future, continuously innovate abilities in material R&D, design and surface treatment. In order to meet unexpected challenges, ours prospective is OEM, ODM and OBM, models going forward.
