Ka Shui proactively promotes innovative management models. In 1998, it introduced the Total Quality Management (TQM) system and upgraded in 2008. Under the excellent management leadership, the system use Customer and Market as the core to develop a unique model to facilitate continuous improvement in human resources, information management, production efficiency and quality control.
